You're working and making money, and maybe on payday you have a little extra money. You could blow that on clothes, entertainment, booze, or another type you can think of, or you could use those funds to help make a change in the world.

Why should we give back? Since there are people in need. There are many individuals the world who are less fortunate than we are. My favorite way to give back would be to support and organization called “Shania Kids Can.” It is a program to help underprivileged kids reach their full potential founded by Shania twain. She started this program because as a kid, she struggled with poverty as well as had to go to school without a lunch.
Shania Kids Can helps with a variety of problems, some of which have personally affected me, too. These kids who need the things that this program offers may or may not have a supportive family. Some of them go to school without a lunch. This program helps with support and nutrition.
Another thing Shania Kids Can aids in is social and psychological support. This is the thing I take the most seriously within this program and why I support it so much. Imagine kids needing therapy and counseling due to psychological problems who can't obtain the support they need. Shania Kids Can is a program that can help.
Shania Kids Can also helps kids who have been bullied. I had been bullied, so I know how these kids feel and appreciate that Shania Twain is able to help.
Some of the kids who benefit from Shania Kids Can need academic support. Like these kids, I struggled academically. I'd reading comprehension problems, and that i needed extra support in math, plus history and science. We want our kids in school to be educated the right way.
Shania Kids Can can help kids grow.
The program also teaches practical life skills, personal skills, and talent development. They provide these kids opportunities to continue field trips when their families can't afford to send them. Kids always love and cherish the area trips the program sends them on.
Shania Kids Can selects schools across both United States and Canada to profit from its program. I feel the program needs to be part of all schools nationwide in both the United States and more kids need this program. I really wish I had a program like this when I was a kid. I do not just support this program to provide back to Shania Twain, the woman who inspired me to write and advocate. I support Shania Kids Can since it is revolutionary.
